How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within one working day of your enquiry, sometimes the same afternoon for straightforward jobs. If we need more information first, you’ll hear from us just as quickly with the questions.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of the UK and Ireland, from our Glasgow head office. Glasgow and the west of Scotland are home turf with rapid mobilisation, see our Glasgow drone inspection page, and nationwide work is planned into efficient mobilisations so distance doesn’t inflate your price.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The site address or postcode, what you need captured or produced, and any deadline. Drawings, old plans, photos or a red-line boundary all help but aren’t essential, and if you’re not sure what service you need, just describe the problem.
Do you need to visit the site before quoting?
Rarely. The address, your description and public mapping are usually enough for a fixed quote, we’ll only propose a pre-survey visit where a site is genuinely unusual, and we’ll say so up front.
Can you provide RAMS, insurance and onboarding documents?
Yes, all standard. Site-specific risk assessments and method statements are issued before every job, and insurance certificates, accreditations and supplier onboarding forms are turned around promptly for your procurement team. We’re SafeContractor approved and Cyber Essentials certified.
Do you work white-label for other practices?
Yes, capture and production under your badge is core work, many surveying and architectural practices use us as their field and CAD team. See our practice-to-practice service.
Can we book a CPD presentation for our team?
Gladly. We deliver CPD sessions for architectural and surveying practices covering reality capture, drone inspection and scan-to-BIM, tick the CPD box on the form or mention it in your message and we’ll arrange a date.
How do I send you large files like point clouds or drawing sets?
However suits you: a link from your own file-sharing system works fine, or we’ll set you up with a secure upload through the Norelo portal, no size headaches, no email bounce-backs.
